Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the activities and behavior that are not permitted when using Outfitma.
It applies to all users of Outfitma, including Customers, Creators, and anyone else who accesses or interacts with the platform.
This Acceptable Use Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Content License, Commerce Policy, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless a document expressly states otherwise.
1. General Requirement
You may use Outfitma only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our policies.
You must not use Outfitma in a way that:
- violates applicable law;
- infringes another person’s rights;
- harms or threatens other users;
- interferes with the operation or security of Outfitma;
- circumvents access controls or payment mechanisms; or
- abuses the platform, its users, or its infrastructure.
2. Illegal or Harmful Activities
You must not use Outfitma to:
- commit, facilitate, encourage, or plan unlawful activity;
- sell or distribute illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- facilitate fraud, scams, money laundering, or other financial crime;
- sell stolen goods;
- facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse;
- promote terrorism or violent extremist activity;
- threaten or encourage violence;
- exploit or endanger minors;
- distribute child sexual abuse material;
- facilitate identity theft or unauthorized access to accounts;
- or provide instructions intended to facilitate serious unlawful harm.
3. Fraud and Deception
You must not:
- impersonate another person, Creator, company, or Outfitma representative;
- create accounts using false identities for deceptive purposes;
- make fraudulent purchases;
- use stolen payment methods;
- manipulate refunds or chargebacks dishonestly;
- create fake sales, subscriptions, reviews, followers, or engagement;
- misrepresent the performance, quality, availability, or characteristics of an offering;
- intentionally provide Customers with something materially different from what was advertised;
- or use Outfitma to operate a deceptive scheme.
4. Payment and Fee Circumvention
You must not attempt to avoid fees or payment requirements by:
- directing Customers to pay for an Outfitma offering outside Outfitma’s payment flow;
- hiding payment instructions in captions, messages, images, or links;
- using alternative accounts to circumvent a restriction;
- exploiting technical errors in checkout;
- manipulating prices or transactions;
- creating fraudulent transactions to generate payouts; or
- otherwise circumventing Outfitma’s commercial controls.
Creators may link to legitimate third-party stores for products or services that are actually offered by those third parties, as permitted by the Commerce Policy. Those links must not be used to bypass Outfitma’s checkout for an offering that is intended to be sold through Outfitma.
5. Account Abuse
You must not:
- access another user’s account without authorization;
- share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access;
- sell, rent, or transfer an Outfitma account without permission;
- create multiple accounts to evade enforcement;
- return after termination using a false identity;
- allow another person to operate your account in a deceptive manner;
- or use compromised accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
6. Security and Technical Abuse
You must not:
- probe, scan, or test Outfitma systems for vulnerabilities without authorization;
- attempt to bypass authentication or authorization;
- circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions;
- introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- interfere with servers, networks, databases, APIs, or other infrastructure;
- conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks;
- access non-public endpoints or data without authorization;
- attempt to extract credentials, tokens, keys, or secrets;
- reverse engineer or decompile software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- or use automated systems in a manner that materially harms the platform.
Security research is allowed only where expressly authorized by Outfitma in writing.
7. Scraping, Crawling, and Data Extraction
You must not use automated tools to:
- scrape private or access-controlled content;
- collect personal information about users;
- bypass technical restrictions;
- systematically copy paid content;
- harvest email addresses or other contact information;
- reproduce a substantial part of the platform’s database;
- or interfere with the normal operation of Outfitma.
Ordinary browser use and any automated access expressly authorized by Outfitma are permitted.
8. Paid Content and Access Controls
You must not:
- share paid content outside the access rights granted to you;
- redistribute, resell, or publicly repost paid content;
- share subscription credentials;
- bypass paywalls;
- circumvent technical restrictions designed to control access;
- systematically download or archive content you are not authorized to retain;
- or help another person obtain paid content without authorization.
Creators must not intentionally design offerings or distribution methods to undermine Outfitma’s access controls.
9. Intellectual Property
You must not use Outfitma to:
- upload content you do not have the right to publish;
- knowingly infringe copyright, trademarks, designs, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights;
- remove copyright notices or rights-management information without authorization;
- falsely claim ownership of another person’s work;
- or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Policy.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
You must not use Outfitma to:
- collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- publish another person’s private information without authorization;
- dox or expose users;
- solicit passwords or authentication codes;
- sell or trade personal information obtained through the platform;
- or use personal information for harassment, stalking, or other abusive purposes.
Creators are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling Customer information.
11. Harassment, Abuse, and Safety
You must not use Outfitma to:
- harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate another person;
- encourage violence or self-harm;
- engage in targeted abuse;
- repeatedly contact a person after being asked to stop;
- publish private information to facilitate harassment;
- or organize abuse against another user.
12. Prohibited Content and Services
You must not use Outfitma to offer or promote:
- pornography or sexually explicit services;
- illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- counterfeit goods;
- stolen goods;
- weapons or unlawful weapon-related services;
- financial scams or fraudulent investment schemes;
- illegal gambling services;
- services involving exploitation or abuse;
- or other products or services prohibited by applicable law or Outfitma policy.
Outfitma may restrict additional categories of products or services when necessary to comply with law, payment-provider requirements, insurance requirements, or platform safety standards.
13. Manipulation of the Platform
You must not attempt to manipulate:
- search results;
- recommendations;
- rankings;
- follower counts;
- engagement metrics;
- subscription numbers;
- reviews;
- analytics;
- payout calculations;
- or other platform metrics.
This includes using bots, coordinated fake accounts, purchased engagement, automated clicking, or other artificial methods.
14. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You must not use Outfitma to:
- send bulk unsolicited messages;
- repeatedly send substantially identical messages;
- distribute spam;
- promote unrelated products through mass messaging;
- harvest users for external marketing lists without a lawful basis;
- or use automated messaging in a way that materially disrupts the service.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
You may use links to legitimate third-party services where permitted by Outfitma policies.
You must not use links to:
- malware;
- phishing pages;
- deceptive websites;
- prohibited products or services;
- unauthorized downloads;
- or content designed to bypass Outfitma’s security or payment systems.
Outfitma is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
16. AI and Automated Tools
You may use AI or automated tools only in ways that comply with applicable law and Outfitma policies.
You must not use AI or automation to:
- impersonate real people without appropriate consent;
- create deceptive identities;
- generate fraudulent reviews or engagement;
- automate abuse or harassment;
- bypass platform restrictions;
- create or distribute prohibited content;
- or infringe another person’s rights.
As stated in the Community Guidelines, AI-generated or AI-modified content involving real people without appropriate consent is not permitted.
17. Creator-Specific Obligations
Creators must:
- accurately describe their offerings;
- deliver purchased content and services as promised;
- maintain the rights and permissions necessary for their content;
- comply with applicable consumer, tax, intellectual property, advertising, and privacy laws;
- honor valid customer transactions;
- and cooperate with reasonable investigations into fraud, copyright infringement, or other policy violations.
Creators must not use Outfitma as a way to sell offerings that they are legally prohibited from providing.
18. Customer-Specific Obligations
Customers must:
- provide accurate information where required;
- use purchased content only within the rights granted to them;
- pay for offerings they purchase;
- not abuse refund or chargeback mechanisms;
- and respect Creator and third-party intellectual property rights.
19. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more actions, including:
- removing content;
- restricting content visibility;
- limiting access to features;
- suspending or terminating an account;
- suspending monetization;
- withholding or delaying payouts to the extent permitted by law;
- reversing or restricting transactions;
- preserving relevant records;
- or reporting conduct to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
We may also take action where conduct does not clearly fall within a specific example in this policy but presents a material risk to users, the platform, or legal compliance.
20. No Obligation to Monitor Everything
Outfitma does not guarantee that it will monitor every user, transaction, message, or piece of content. However, we may review, investigate, remove, or restrict content and accounts at any time, with or without a report, to protect the platform, users, and legal compliance.
21. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
If we make a material change, we may notify users by email, dashboard notice, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Outfitma after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated version, to the extent permitted by law.
