Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed on Outfitma and what is not. They exist to help keep the platform safe, lawful, respectful, and usable for everyone.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Outfitma, including Customers, Creators, and any other person who posts, uploads, comments, messages, links, or otherwise uses the platform.

These Community Guidelines should be read together with our Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Content License, Commerce Policy, Copyright Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control unless a document expressly states otherwise.

1. Our Community Principles

Outfitma is built for fashion-focused creators and customers. We want the platform to be:

• lawful;
• respectful;
• safe for creators and customers;
• authentic;
• free from fraud and abuse; and
• suitable for paid and free content alike.

We expect users to act in good faith and to respect other users, creators, brands, and rights holders.

2. Scope of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to:

• content that is posted, uploaded, shared, streamed, sold, or made available on Outfitma;
• profile names, photos, bios, captions, comments, direct messages, and public posts;
• subscription content, pay-per-view content, and digital products;
• links, previews, thumbnails, and promotional material;
• community interactions, including support requests, disputes, and moderation communications.

3. General Rule

If you post something on Outfitma, you are responsible for it.

You must make sure that your content and conduct:

• comply with applicable law;
• comply with the Terms of Service and these Community Guidelines;
• do not infringe the rights of others;
• do not mislead or defraud other users; and
• do not interfere with the platform or other users’ use of the platform.

4. Content That Is Not Allowed

You must not upload, post, sell, or share content that:

4.1 Is illegal or promotes illegal activity

This includes content that:

• sells or promotes illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• sells or promotes counterfeit goods;
• sells stolen goods;
• promotes fraud, scams, or unlawful schemes;
• instructs people how to commit crimes;
• facilitates identity theft, credential theft, or account theft; or
• otherwise violates applicable law.

4.2 Is sexually explicit or pornographic

Outfitma is a fashion platform. Content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended primarily for sexual stimulation is not allowed.

This includes:

• explicit nudity;
• sexual acts;
• fetish sexual content;
• sexually explicit livestreams or videos;
• content whose primary purpose is adult sexual entertainment.

We may remove borderline content if, in our judgment, it is inconsistent with the purpose or standards of Outfitma.

4.3 Involves minors or appears to involve minors

You must not upload, share, or promote content that:

• depicts minors in sexual or exploitative contexts;
• sexualizes minors;
• suggests minors are involved in sexual content;
• exploits or endangers minors in any way.

Any suspected child sexual exploitation content may be reported to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

4.4 Violates intellectual property rights

You must not upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of others.

This includes:

• copying another creator’s photos, videos, captions, or styling work without permission;
• reposting images from fashion magazines, brands, or websites without the necessary rights;
• using logoed or branded materials in a misleading way;
• uploading content you do not have the right to use;
• distributing paid content outside Outfitma without authorization.

4.5 Is deceptive or fraudulent

You must not:

• impersonate another person, creator, brand, or Outfitma employee;
• falsely claim that you own rights you do not own;
• fake subscriptions, sales, reviews, follows, or engagement;
• misrepresent what a customer will receive;
• post misleading previews designed to deceive users;
• hide important limitations, deadlines, or access restrictions in paid offerings.

4.6 Contains hate or harassment

You must not post content that:

• attacks people based on protected characteristics;
• promotes hate speech;
• encourages discrimination;
• harasses, threatens, stalks, or intimidates others;
• glorifies abuse or violence toward a person or group.

4.7 Contains threats or dangerous conduct

You must not use Outfitma to:

• threaten violence;
• encourage self-harm;
• encourage suicide;
• promote dangerous challenges or reckless behavior;
• share instructions for serious harm.

4.8 Contains malware or harmful code

You must not upload or share:

• malware;
• phishing links;
• harmful scripts;
• credential-stealing tools;
• spam bots;
• scraping tools intended to abuse the platform;
• code intended to damage systems, bypass security, or harvest data.

4.9 Is spam or manipulative behavior

You must not:

• flood the platform with repetitive or irrelevant posts;
• use engagement bait or fake scarcity;
• send unsolicited commercial messages in bulk;
• use bots to inflate visibility;
• game recommendations, rankings, or discovery tools.

5. Creator-Specific Rules

If you are a Creator, the following rules apply in addition to all other rules.

5.1 Be honest about what you offer

You must accurately describe:

• what a subscription includes;
• what a pay-per-view item includes;
• whether a digital product is downloadable, viewable, or limited in time;
• what a styling service includes;
• what a customer can expect to receive and when.

5.2 Deliver what you promise

If you sell a product or service, you must make a good-faith effort to deliver it as described. You may not collect payment and then intentionally fail to provide what you promised.

5.3 Respect other people’s rights

If your content includes:

• models,
• clients,
• collaborators,
• photos taken by someone else,
• brand assets,
• third-party materials,

you must have the rights, permissions, releases, or licenses you need before posting it.

5.4 No marketing use of other people’s content without permission

You may not use another person’s content in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or promotion unless you have permission to do so.

5.5 No bypassing paid access

You may not encourage customers to:

• copy paid content,
• redistribute paid content,
• share logins,
• circumvent paywalls,
• move transactions off-platform to avoid fees,
• or otherwise undermine Outfitma’s access controls.

5.6 Be careful with AI-generated or AI-modified content

If you use AI tools, you remain responsible for the result.

You must not upload or sell AI-generated or AI-modified content that:

• impersonates a real person without consent;
• misleads users into thinking it is authentic content when it is not;
• violates someone’s rights;
• or otherwise breaks these Guidelines or applicable law.

5.7 Follow the rules for linked external stores

If you link to external stores or product pages, you must not use those links to mislead customers, evade Outfitma rules, or push prohibited content.

6. Customer Rules

If you are a Customer, you must not:

• copy, record, redistribute, screenshot, or resell paid content except where explicitly allowed;
• share your account with others;
• bypass subscriptions or payment requirements;
• use another person’s content without permission;
• harass or abuse creators or other users;
• abuse refund, chargeback, or dispute systems;
• use fake identities to evade moderation;
• attempt to reverse engineer or extract locked content;
• or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Content Relating to Fashion, Styling, and Shopping

Outfitma is about fashion content and styling, so we allow a wide range of fashion-related material. But fashion content still has limits.

You may generally post:

• outfit photos and videos;
• styling guides;
• capsule wardrobe content;
• lookbooks;
• fashion recommendations;
• wardrobe review content;
• shopping links;
• before/after styling transformations;
• educational fashion content.

You may not use the fashion category as cover for prohibited conduct, including:

• counterfeit sales;
• deceptive luxury claims;
• hidden adult content;
• fraudulent promotions;
• unlawful content;
• or content that violates someone else’s rights.

8. Links, Previews, and Thumbnails

Links and previews are part of the content rules.

You must not:

• post malicious links;
• disguise harmful links as fashion content;
• mislead users about where a link goes;
• use thumbnails or preview images that are materially deceptive;
• use a preview image that does not reasonably match the paid content.

If a link leads to a third-party store or website, the third party’s own terms and policies apply there.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

You must not publish personal information about another person without a lawful basis and, where needed, permission.

This includes:

• home addresses;
• private emails;
• phone numbers;
• identity documents;
• financial details;
• passwords;
• or other sensitive personal data.

Do not use Outfitma to dox, expose, or harass anyone.

10. Reported Content and Moderation

We may review content:

• automatically;
• manually;
• after a report;
• after a chargeback or dispute;
• or when we otherwise decide review is appropriate.

We may remove, restrict, label, de-rank, age-gate, or disable content that we believe violates these Guidelines or any other Outfitma policy.

We may also:

• warn you;
• suspend features;
• suspend monetization;
• restrict discovery;
• freeze payouts;
• remove individual posts;
• or terminate an account.

We are not required to explain every moderation decision in detail, although we may do so when we think it is appropriate.

11. Repeated Violations

Repeated or serious violations may lead to stronger enforcement measures.

This may include:

• permanent account suspension;
• permanent removal of content;
• loss of monetization tools;
• withholding of unpaid payouts to the extent permitted by law;
• or referral to law enforcement or other authorities if necessary.

12. Appeals and Complaints

If you believe we removed content or suspended an account by mistake, you may contact us at team@outfitma.com.

We may ask for additional information before reviewing an appeal.

We are not required to restore content or access simply because an appeal is submitted.

13. Safety and Security

You must not attempt to:

• hack the platform;
• bypass permissions;
• scrape private data;
• exploit vulnerabilities;
• circumvent rate limits;
• interfere with the site or app;
• or access another user’s account or content without permission.

If we detect suspicious or harmful activity, we may preserve logs and take appropriate action.

14. Misuse of Support or Reporting Tools

Do not abuse reporting tools, support channels, or complaint systems.

You must not:

• file false copyright complaints;
• file false safety complaints;
• flood support with repetitive requests;
• or use reports strategically to harass another user.

15. No Guarantee That We Will Remove Everything You Report

We may not remove every item you report.

We decide what to remove or keep based on:

• these Guidelines,
• the Terms of Service,
• the Creator Terms,
• the Copyright Policy,
• the Acceptable Use Policy,
• and applicable law.

16. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

If we make a material change, we may notify users by email, notice in the app, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Outfitma after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated version, to the extent permitted by law.
